Day 15 of my Ozempic diary.
Today I’m taking about completing my second week on Ozempic
I don’t think about food anything like as much as I used to, and my food intake now is only what’s needed.
And in just two weeks I’ve lost one of these.
Today I took my third dose of Ozempic, this time I had double the starting dose of 0.25mg and stepped up to 0.5mg. I’m hoping to drop another Kg by the end of next week. Let’s see if I can manage it.
Exercise is so important. Even though I’ve done my workout today, I still do extra physical things as much as possible.
Like walking to the shops instead of taking the car
And when I get to the shops I don’t go looking for nice things like biscuits, cakes, samosas or sausage rolls.
Oh and something else. I’ve started having a protein shake at lunch time to try and hold back the muscle loss I’ve been told to expect.
