So the number one danger with Ozempic seems to be muscle wastage. Not only do you lose fat, but you lose a lot of muscle as well. And apparently that muscle is very hard to get back if you lose it.
As such, exercise is imperative when taking Ozempic. And for me, exercise has to be easy to access or I won’t do it. Getting in a car and driving to a gym would not work for me. So I’ve ordered some bits that will enable me to train from home.

A good inclined bench, a set of 5kg dumbbells, and a set of 10kg dumbbells. More dumbbells can be added once I get past these.
I’m very much looking forward to get my hands on these. Apparently delivery is 1 to 2 days. Let’s hope it’s 1 day 😉
